President Kikwete launches the Smart Partnership Dialogue in Dar es salaam

 Tanzania will host the next Smart Partnership Dialogue that is scheduled to take place from 24th to 28th May, 2013 in Dar es Salaam. President Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete today officiated  the National launch  at the Karimjee Hall grounds in Dar es salaam.
